Site Name: 10 Points. No, I don't care if your site explains whats in it or not. Who cares as long as you're in a blogring for layouts or icons or whatever? Its just a duh-urr thing.
Main layout: 20 Points. I have gone to sites and left immediately because the main layout was hideous. So I grade hard on this.
What your site contains: 20 Points. For example, my site is a review site, so I would grade it on all of the reviews, how well written they are and such.
Comments: 10 Points. I look at what your comments say, and see if they're encouraging or not, and if you have a bit of a talk with your affiliates, because it doesn't make sense to me if you have affiliates that you almost never talk to.
Grammar: 10 Points. Grammar means a lot to me, and I wouldn't go to a site if they're grammar was absolutely dreadful, as Simon would say.
Neatness: 10 Points. Neatness is a big deal to me, so I just threw it in here.
Creativity: 10 Points. Originality and creativity is very essential. Its how you speak, its how you are with your speech, its yourself reflected in your site.
Overall: 10 Points. This is mainly for added little things that I like about your site.
